For softer color, let the lip masque sit on lips for 10 to 15 seconds; for bolder color, wait 30 to 45 seconds. Step 2: Spray lip activator on lips. Apply 1 to 3 sprays until lips are slightly damp; to catch any drips, use a tissue or cloth against your chin. You can experience a slight tingling and slightly sweet taste on the lips. Step 3: Wait a few seconds, then starting at either corner of your mouth, grab the masque and peel it off to reveal the color underneath.
